2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after confirmation from Mohan Travels.
• Customers must provide accurate travel and contact details.
• Vehicle allocation is subject to availability.
• If the requested vehicle is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be provided where possible.
• Changes to confirmed bookings should be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing depends on the vehicle, distance, duration, route, travel date and service requirements.
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, permits, taxes, extra kilometres, additional hours and driver allowances, where applicable.
• Advance payment or other payment terms may apply depending on the booking.
• Applicable charges will be communicated during the booking process.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the vehicle, booking type and cancellation timing.

Applicable cancellation charges and refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Follow applicable safety and traffic regulations.
• Respect the vehicle, driver and other passengers.
• Not carry illegal, dangerous or prohibited items.
• Pay for any damage caused to the vehicle through misuse or negligence.

6. Vehicle, Driver & Safety

Vehicles and drivers are assigned based on availability and operational requirements.

Customers must not request or encourage drivers to violate traffic laws or safety regulations.

Mohan Travels may replace a vehicle or driver when required for safety, operational or unforeseen reasons.

7. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Passengers must remain within the permitted seating capacity of the vehicle.

Luggage is subject to the vehicle’s available and safe capacity. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, and Mohan Travels is not responsible for items left unattended in vehicles.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Mohan Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service. However, delays or changes may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. However, vehicle images, specifications, availability, pricing and other information may change without prior notice.

Images are for illustrative purposes and may not always represent the exact vehicle assigned.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website, enquiry forms, phone, WhatsApp or other communication channels will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
